Have you heard about the mystical miracle tree, or the tree of life?

What about an incredible supplement called Moringa Oleifera?

According to WebMD " Moringa is an important food source in some parts of the world. Because it can be grown cheaply and easily, and the leaves retain lots of vitamins and minerals when dried, moringa is used in India and Africa in feeding programs to fight malnutrition. The immature green pods (drumsticks) are prepared similarly to green beans, while the seeds are removed from more mature pods and cooked like peas or roasted like nuts. The leaves are cooked and used like spinach, and they are also dried and powdered for use as a condiment."

Moringa Oleifera is the most commonly known variety of Moringa, and it has been grown in many countries worldwide for thousands of years. Moringa has a balancing effect on pH levels, blood-sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure levels specifically and so much more.

Any person will benefit from taking Moringa Leaf Powder daily.

Moringa leaf powder is not intended to be used as a medicine, it is a food, and should be taken regularly.

While parts of the Moringa plant do have medicinal uses, this is the province of traditional and Ayurvedic medicine. When the body is well fed, and kept clean it copes better.

We recommend adding Moringa Leaf Powder into your daily smoothies. Almost everyday, we blend and share with our patrons.

Quite often, we are asked for a recipe so here is one we use:

Using a 64 oz Blender we use the following :

3 banana

1 Heaping TBSP of Organic Peanut Butter

1 cup of ice

1 cup of Pure Organic Pineapple Juice or fresh Pineapple

Approximately 1/3 of a cup of Moringa Powder

Add Mint leaves or Parsley to your desire

1 cup of Suja Organic Juice which includes all the greens, fruits and Spirulina Algae

Add whatever else you like in your smoothies.

Adding Cantaloupe, watermelon with seeds if you can find them are also amazing !

Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries and of course Strawberries

Kale, Cucumbers, Spinach the list of what you can add to your blend can go on and on..
